This is the place to find a fellow collaborator for a quicky. Both artists and authors can leave their name and what they are looking for in a partner.

For example: My name is Dean Winchester. I'm an Aquarius, I enjoy sunsets, long walks on the beach and frisky women. I'm looking for an author/artist* to play with [character] and [character]. Able and willing to take it up to R-rated. Big fan of spanking.

Add an email address or exchange it after establishing contact.

Don't be shy if you see someone you're interested in! Flirt a little first or respond with your email if you want to talk privately:)

If you've found a partner, set a deadline for your collaboration and post to the community when you're ready! We require at least a sneak peek or teaser of the art to be visible in the post; this is an art-community after all;) Whether you link to the artist's or author's journal is up to you.

*Remember we are encouraging SHORT stories, no more than 5000 words and QUICK collaborations, no more than a month;)

This is the post for artists who are looking for inspiration. Please leave your prompts here:)
You may add characters and a rating, however THIS IS NOT A COMMISSION: how an artist plays with the prompt is their decision. This community is accomodating to artists, so they can take a prompt as literal as they wish or only use it as a spark to fuel fiddling:)

Anyone can prompt, you don't have to plan on submitting artwork or a story. Anonymous prompts are totally allowed.

Prompts can be anything - a single sentence, an image, a poem or even music. Specific visual descriptions are more than welcome; some artists prefer those over flowery prose, while others may love vague single word clues. (If you have a drabble or fic you want to have illustrated, check the quicky sticky for the latest submission post)

Please keep in mind that there will be NO official claiming of prompts; multiple takes on the same concept are welcomed.
Of course, if you are an artist and want to let the prompter and your fellow artists know you are working on a prompt, feel free to tell them in the comments section.

Do NOT post any fills into this thread; art can be posted to the community!

Quicky Sticky

In a recent multi fandom project it became clear there are a lot of artists with a desire to create and a lot of authors wishing for art to go with their stories. Yet both were not sure how to approach each other. We hope to bring y'all together in this art-community.
For now we are keeping it within the Supernatural fandom, including the RPF corner:) All ratings and adult pairings are welcome.

So, do you have a short story [<4000 words] you want illustrated? There will be a new round of quickies in July 2017:)

CALLING ALL ARTISTS!
Art can be anything from a banner to a scene illustration and we welcome all media, from pencil sketches to digital designs. To avoid procrastination we have one rule: you have to set yourself a deadline within the timeframe of the challenge. (A month for the regular QuickyBang, one, two or three weeks for the Matchmaker Challenge)
Art can then be posted to the community. If there is no banner, we require at least a sneak peek or teaser to be visible in the post; this is an art-community after all:) Whether you link to your artpost in your own journal or directly to the author's story is up to you. We do encourage you to promote each other's work!

For authors the first round of quickies runs for the month of April, art can be posted until May 31st, so artists: feel free to claim a story and start a collaboration as long as you can finish your piece(s) before that date!

Submissions are now closed. This is the place to share SHORT stories that are already written! It doesn't matter if the fic is old or new, as long as it has less than 5000 words and there is no accompanying art, you can offer it up.

Authors: leave your name, contact e-mail and a link to your short story. [ETA: You are welcome to mention you have more fics up for grabs but due to the enthusiastic response, no more than three stories per round, please!] Add a snippet or summary to entice an artist! (If you have a fully written fic not yet published but ready to post, include a summary with visual hints. You have to be willing to share the story with the artist as soon as possible).

If you see a fic you would love to make art for, you can put a reservation on it. You will need to CONTACT and set up a timeline with the author before definitely claiming it. When contact is established you have a month to create. Have fun!

Together: Make sure you share your expectations! What rating did you have in mind? Do you welcome input or rather keep the art a surprise until posting? Keep in touch! Done? Post!
